My Story

Hello and welcome!

Massage therapy has always been a part of my self care, but it wasn’t until I had a difficult pregnancy that I realized the extent of what massage can do and how imperative it can be to have a massage therapist as an integral part of a health care team.

Following the birth of my beautiful son in 2017, an opportunity presented itself to change directions and I left an established career as a kitchen designer to pursue a long-time dream of becoming a registered massage therapist.

Without a second thought, I enrolled in school at Axiom Career College in Saskatoon and balanced life as a solo parent and full-time student. Two years later, I am proud to say I am now a Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

My Approach

My focus tends to be on therapeutic Swedish and deep tissue treatments. I use my knowledge of anatomy and the function of muscles to incorporate active and passive release along with some trigger point and cupping therapy.

My treatments are client focused and Intuitively lead. All new clients will have a thorough initial intake and assessment to create an effective treatment plan specific to their individual needs.

I look forward to furthering my education in the near future to offer different treatment options.
